All shipping invoices are charged in US$. Freight is payable as prepaid, paid prior to the arrival of the container into port, or as Freight collect. Payment can be made by Telegraphic Transfer to the following bank account.

The GTN warehouse is divided into separate three-dimensional less container load ( LCL ) 20' , 40' through areas. These by areas help to prevent damage to your good once collected and packed and also serve to give our customers a more visual idea of their current volume/volume required to fill a container.All goods received at the GTN warehouse are recorded onto each clients master warehouse packing list. This list includes the box or package number and the designated bay area they are stored in.

This form will then be used to cross check when loading the container – ensuring none of your items are left behind !

We have a dedicated facility at the rear of our main warehouse. Long Term Storage Charges (LTS) are US$6.00 per CBM per month. This small fee covers warehouse property and content insurance, handling etc. For further details on our LONG TERM STORAGE – please email suwidana@dps.gpi-g.com

Packed with care.GTN offers a full range of packing for your goods. All items requiring carton roll are ‘double' packed to ensure the best possible protection. This means that edges, corners and frames are packed first and then the whole piece is packed again to minimize risk of damage during handling and transit. Mirrors, glass items or furniture with mirrors or glass are reinforced with triplex before packing. All wooden crates and frames are tailor made on the premises to specific dimensions, ensuring the least possible movement for crated cargo, therefore eradicating the likelihood of damage in transit

Air Freight is the quickest, most expensive means of transporting freight. Rates are charged per kg and are calculated by weight (volumetric weight). Ngurah Rai is the International Airport in Bali, with more than 34 foreign airlines reaching Bali everyday and carrying the cargo to various destinations in the world. Our strong relationship with airlines will guarantee your shipment and trace your cargo until your final destination with the exact time frame as scheduled.

Is the most economical means of transporting goods. There are two main ways to send goods by sea freight. LCL - Less than Container Load - this means that goods are crated in specially designed wooden crates or box , made to measure for the size of your goods. LCL shipments have some risks, particularly with goods that are regarded as fragile. Goods from Bali are packed and loaded in Bali, unloaded in Java ( Surabaya or Jakarta ) , reloaded and unloaded in Singapore , Malaysia or Hong Kong and unloaded at destination.

LCL shipments have frequent handlings and thus, we do suggest all customer to take insurance on all shipment to cover value of goods if any against damage during transit. Insurance is charged at 2% on the value of the goods. We recommend QBE Insurance and can arrange this for you.

LCL shipments have some restrictions particularly for Australia and New Zealand . Shipments involving specialized fumigation, such as Ethylene Oxide cannot be sent to Australia . These such shipments must be sent as FULL CONTAINER LOAD.

FCL - Full container load is available in 20ft (30cbm) 40ft (60cbm) 40ft high cube (70cbm) and many style such as dry , open top and reefer ( temperature under control) container . Shipments sent FCL are loaded in Bali and unloaded at the destination, hence there is considerable less handling and moving of the goods.
FCL shipments are more cost effective than sending anything more than 13cmb as LCL. Local clearance charges are charged per container or per cubic meter. Once 13 or more, it is often more economical to send FCL.

GTN have an international network ( GPIL , ATE, ULI, Sagawa , Cosco , CSCL. OEC, NISSIN ) of clearing agents / brokers at our disposal. These agents / brokers assist with the clearance of all shipments upon arrival into port . In some cases, they can also assist with the delivery of your goods to your door. All local handling charges are paid locally at destination.
